I'm still here...

I just wanted to let you know that I'm still here.

My classes have been GREAT and I have learned so much about Online Marketing. One of the most important things I have learned is that Blogger is out and WordPress is in...

And that is why I am in the process of moving this site to WordPress as we speak. The plan is that the new site will open on October 1st - ready for the BIG holiday = Halloween!

It is actually up an running now but no way near finished. If you are curious you are welcome to drop by. The freebie below is also posted there as a test. The address is:

http://nothingbutfreebies.com/

I wouldn't dream of posting without a freebie so here it is. A pack of cardboard pieces in both original pngs and as abr brushes. Have fun.

My classes will soon be over and then I will focus on getting the new site ready, so I can't promise you a lot of action here. But stay patient and I will get back to you with brand new freebies as soon as possible.

XOXO

Mea Culpa

Among yesterday's new EBF product 4 of them has now been removed from the store and refunds have been given to buyers. Why? Well, I had made the mistake of putting something up for sale without the necessary quality check. I do sincerely apologize.

The products in question are "Vintage DIY Borders", "Vintage DIY Page Borders", "Vintage RTU Borders and "Vintage RTU Page Borders", and the problem is jagged edges.

I do not want to charge for bad products, especially products meant for designers, but I do, however, think that they might be OK to use in a personal layout or something similar. I do, after all, not want them to go to waist, so today I am offering all 4 products as freebies. You are warned about their flaws and can take necessary precautions when using them. I hope they can be of some use for you.

Again - I'm so sorry! But I hope this solution can make some sort of amends.

Just a warm-up

My Gosh, It's HOT around here at the moment!

Days around 30 C and "tropical nights" (=above 20 C). I know a lot of people enjoy it, but frankly.... I've had enough!!! It's as if my brain is melting.

But I still manage to make new material - I aim to please, even if it means suffering for you :0)

Today's freebie is a warm-up to get you ready for the coming days when I will bring you LOADS of news on both NbF and EBF. So use this to warm up your download finger...

You get a pack of summer fruits to brighten up your work - 7 vintage fruits each as flair, cut-out and sticker.

Lately I have received some requests in my comments and if you have something your would like me to make, please don't hold back - I LOVE getting challenged!

As an info to "Anonymous" 3 - I'm working on your Marquee Lights and will get them up here soon.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend - see you very soon.

XOXO

A request

Another "Anonymous" - or perhaps the same as yesterday? - made a request in a comment regarding silver bars for hanging banners. I have tried.... But I'm not so sure I succeeded.

I will, however, post the result and hope you can use it for something.

It ended up being a little more than just a silver bar. In the pack you'll get separate bars and end decorations in 6 different metal styles to combine to your need. The bars are app. 10 inches long but with end decos they will be almost full size (12 inches) - on the preview below they are shown in 100% . You should be able to make them smaller if you wish without ruining the look.

The request was actually for bars with rounds in each end, but I'm sorry to say that I didn't have the styles/actions to make a them look like balls. I have included the results as extras and hope your eyes/brain can perceive them as round...

Happy Summer Sunday!

You've got the flair...

I'm staying in the elements department a few more days. Today it's all about flairs - or brads - or badges - or whatever you like to call them. You get 7 vintage flairs to pep up your lay outs and they are all CU.

Knock - knock...

I found out that it has been a while since I made something in the elements department, so I dusted off an old production and added a little to it, and bring it to you as today's freebie.

It's a simple pack of 7 sets of keys/keyholes in metal styles from different eras i history. I hope you can find some creative use for it.

A year's worth of butterflies

I am currently living every day on the dream that spring will come soon. Only very small signs yet, but let me try adding to that with today's freebie. I bring you a whole year of butterflies to bring colour and life to your layouts all year round.

A Fairytale Christmas

One of history's most famous Danes is of course Hans Christian Andersen - poet, writer of fairytales and paper clipper. No Danish Christmas is really Christmas without some sort of HCA influence. That is why today's Advent Calendar brings you paper clip - not actually made by HCA but still...

I hope you'll enjoy this little Danish input to your Christmas.

See you tomorrow, I hope?

Snow & Ice

For today's Advent Calendar I bring you a White Christmas in a zip file.

The freebie contains lots of snow and ice in different shapes and forms: Snowflakes, Ice crystals, snowy landscapes, icicles, a snowman and - of course - SNOW. 19 elements and a snowy overlay. Enjoy!

I have to work tomorrow :0( so I may bring you the next Advent Calendar door a little later than usual. See you then.

I'm Sorry

I made you a promise yesterday, and I am not able to deliver.

As I was done making yesterday's Christmas Balls into glitter versions, the files ended up being WAY TO BIG. Not that you couldn't download them, but your downloads would eat up what is left of my storage download bandwidth, and I wouldn't be able to post any more calendar freebies until January! I don't want that...

I have therefore changed today's Advent Calendar Freebie to something a little smaller but not less great - and you still get a little glitter. Enjoy!

I hope to be back with Day 16 tomorrow.

2 days in 1

Thanks for all your get-well-wishes. I feel a little better today, so I have done my best to catch up with the Advent Calendar = 2 freebies today!

For yesterday (Day 10) I have made you a pack of Christmas Sparkles. 9 different Christmas shapes in 3 different textures: Foil, Shimmer & Sparkle. The reason for this choice is that they are all made with Actions so I didn't have to do much work ;o)
I hope you can use them to sparkle up your Christmas layouts, cards or maybe place cards for the Christmas Dinner table...?

And for today I give you a set of 3 Vintage Christmas Papers.

And finally - if you haven't already discovered it - I posted a very small, unannounced emergency freebie for you yesterday. You can get it HERE.

I count on being back again with a new AC Freebie tomorrow. See you then!

I shouldn't have...

I knew I shouldn't have gone outside yesterday. Not only did the store not have what I went out for, but the cold and the snowstorm only resulted in the usual: Sinus pains! - A lot of them!!

So actually I came here to tell you that there will be no Advent Calendar today. But I couldn't let you go empty handed, so I grabbed a couple of lollipops for you to say "I'm Sorry". I couldn't be bothered to make a real preview so I better let you know that they are PU Only.

They will not be advertised anywhere, so you are one of the lucky ones for finding them. Also, they are only uploaded to 4shared - I hope it works for you.

I hope you can use them and that you have patience with me for a day or two. I promise to make it up to you when my head stops hurting.

XOXO

A quarter of the way there

When darkness falls

and December frost bites

Brighten you life

with Christmas Lights....

Oh boy, I am a poet!

Opening today's Advent Calender door reveals a mini-mini-kit of Christmas Lights. 2 strings and 2 overlays/papers. I have made the overlays as PNGs, layered PSDs (with and without shadows) and as example papers, JPGs, with white background. Go light up your day!

For the kiddies

I promised you a week or two ago that I would make some Halloween material a little more child friendly. Here it is...

As usual I got started and found it hard to stop, so I hope you have time and band with enough for today's download. Even when separated into 3 parts, they are still a bit on the heavy side. What you get for the trouble is:

• 12 papers
• 72 elements
• 1 alpha

And only because of the size, I have kept more papers and alphas for the coming days!

As you can see, I have not made it too non-scary - children do, however, LOVE A THRILL, don't they? I mean, why else would we have Halloween?

I give you the previews here, but they are not linked today. Links can be found after the images.

Please be aware - the 3 individual previews do not represent what is in the 3 zip parts. They are a mix of them.

What's you mood?

Scrapping is often about stating something in bold - season, state of mind,  feelings, mood, etc. ... and today's freebies are here to help you do just that.

First I give you the means to state that it (soon) is Halloween - just in case someone don't know. 15 x Halloween is the same statement in 15 very different Halloween text styles, ready to top your layouts. They are big (about 9 inches) but they scale down without problems.

Next you get the opportunity to boldly state our Halloween mood. You can use them in your layouts but what about putting a new one on your blog every day around Halloween to let everybody know how you are feeling?

In case you were wondering - here is my Halloween mood for today

I'll be back over the weekend with papers for you - Halloween papers? Oh, yes!

Stay spooked...

...and some more Halloween

I think I can go on for the entire month with this Halloween stuff... But you don't mind, do you?

Today I bring you 2 freebies.

The first one is kept in the vintage style. 3 framed anatomy sketches, attacked by spiders.

This second one is a load of charms, flairs and brads - all with Halloween motives. I have included 4 bonus bows to use with the charms, but please notice: The bows are for PU only!

As I made this last on, I suddenly remembered that Halloween is (mostly) a children's holiday, and I have not been very child-friendly in my Halloween freebies. That's what happen when you don't have children of your own, I guess. I will make up for it soon, I promise - (not the "having children" part, but the freebies!!!).

I will be back soon, and don't be surprised if it's with more Halloween.

Take care.

More Vintage

As promised - here is another Vintage Freebie for you.

I originally planned to make 3 freebies out of it, but then I thought - "Why waste time?". So here are all 3 in one: Lovely tags coordinating with Sunday's cards.

I'm guessing this is not the end of my vintage mood, so stay tuned for more....

In a Vintage Mood

While working on something new for my store, I went into total vintage overdrive.... And it would be only fair that you should benefit from that too. So here is the first of what will probably be many vintage freebies:

Hey, before you go - let's stay in the vintage mood just a few minutes longer. Go check out "Your Gallery"s latest addition by Valerie - link in top menu.

I will probably be back very soon with more from my vintage world. Until then: Stay Happy & Healthy!

Princess & Princesses

During the past week our "neighbourhood" has been invited to no less that two princess christenings (only on TV I'm afraid) - more about the details below. That inspired me to make something princess-ish for today's freebie.

But as so often before, I got carried away and the final result turned out a little different. I recently purchased a grab bag by KimB and Manu that included a Cameo Template pack, and as I started making a cameo for my little Princess Mini-Kit, it was so much fun that I never got to the rest. And that is why today's freebie is a pack of cameos only....I hope you can find some use for them.

And now the details for the Royalists around the globe.....

On Sunday our own Prince Joachim and Princess Marie christened their daughter. She was given the names

Athena Maguerite Françoise Marie

And if you are wondering, both the mother and paternal grandfather are French...

Then on Tuesday it was Sweden's turn. Crown princess Victoria and Prince Daniel christened their first born in Stockholm. She was given the names

Estelle Silvia Ewa Mary

Aren't they just the cutest?

Oh, it was a good week for the royalty addicts!

Have fun and sun and come back soon.
