Natural Basic

There always come good things out of playing... This time I was playing around with my layer styles and ended up with today's freebie.

I made you a pack of frames - basic textile frames in natural colours, most of them should be easy to re-colour if you need to. There are textile, knit, leather and denim. You get 15 frames x 2 = a set with drop shadows and one without. I have no doubt you can decorate them and make them anything but Basic.

As we are getting near to the end of the month I have added a link to 4shared as well as the usual links. I hope you can get them from at least one of them (cross my fingers) but if not just wait until 1st February.

I have also split the pack up in two so you can get the frames with shadows or the ones without (or both) according to your liking.

Vintage papers re-uploaded!

I just wanted to apologize for the defect zip file for the Vintage Papers in my last post and thank Kelly for informing me about it. I have now re-uploaded the zip to all storages and changed the links in the post.

Go HERE and re-download your papers if you have a version where paper 5 is defect.

Taking it easy

Hi everyone,

I'm sorry it's been a few too many days since my last post, but I have decided to take it easy this month. I have started treatment for my MS and that involve full days spend at the hospital just waiting to see if I get any side effects. BORING! And they don't even have any outlets matching my computer, so I have only 2 hours of PC power. But instead of getting annoyed I decided to make it a sign telling me to just relax. And that I have done. But now it's been too long even for me, so here is a new post of freebies for you.

First I have some bad-ish news. Jacquii, the store owner of Scrap it Sassy, has decided to close down the store. That means that as of February 1st I am without store. At this time I must say that it suits me just fine that I don't have the stress of delivering a certain amount of designs each month. But although it was not a large income, I will still miss the few dollars per month for new material, so I am thinking about making a sister site to this one, where I will make designs for sale (very low prices). Maybe I should call it Everything but Freebies...? ;0)))
I'll let you know what it ends up with as soon as I have decided. But let me just point out that due to the store closing it is not only my store that has a 50% off sale - it's the entire SIS store! So hurry over before it's to late.

STOP BLABBERING AND GIVE US SOMETHING! - Ok, ok, here it is.

You probably know by now that I have gotten a weak spot for making patterns. And today's freebie is no exception to that fact. I have made some great vintage patterns from a font! Yes, a font. Isn't that amazing? You get a PAT file with 7 different patterns in 3 sizes = 21 patterns. All black and with transparent background. But for all of you without PS or PSE the pattern zip also includes png overlays of all 21 patterns. And furthermore, I have also made a pack of example papers from the biggest size patterns.

2013 Goodies

I hope you have all joined the new year in a good way. I, personally, can't see how 2013 can be anything but better than 2012 (cross my fingers).

To celebrate this sparkling new year, I have a lot to share with you. But first I want to inform you of the latest chapter in the never ending story of storage hosting. My 4shared Premium account expired a couple of days ago and in spite all the problems I decided to renew. BUT.... to pay for the renewal I had to join some, to me, totally unknown payment services - they accept neither credit cards nor Paypal. That made me furious and I am now putting them in "time out" for a while. Enough of that. Now to the celebration of a new year. Today I have launched 8 new products to my store at Scrap It Sassy: I must admit, I went a little "PS Pattern crazy" but all the pattern packs include either overlays or papers or (most of them) both so they can still be used even though you don't use PS/PSE.

Yes, I know! 
January is the worst time of the year to ask people to separate from their money. But I have taken care of that too... It's been far too long since I've had a sale.
